25 man raid teams are becoming a rare sight on Earthen Ring as of late but we are still focusing on them and living up to our namesake. It just feels like a grander accomplishment to get 25 individuals working as a team to take down a new encounter. It is just not the coordination effort but also the logistics and management challenges we enjoy tackling. It does take a good amount of work in and out of raids to get it done, but we will continue with 25 mans for as long as Blizzard or the server raider population allows it.
Last night, the
Old Guard managed to defeat the healer's bane
Yor'sahj the Unsleeping 25H. This brings our guild to 4/8H in 25 DS. It was one of our cleanest kills in quite some time... One of those fights you knew at 50% health it was going down with a whimper (and a minute 44 to spare). Major kudos to the healers for figuring out a difficult healing challenge and holding back on some of those key-bindings. We can put all the pressure on DPS for the next one!
