Last night, the Old Guard began the groundwork for defeating Deathwing's plans for the destruction of Azeroth by helping to lift the siege at Wyrmrest Temple.

We arrived on the battlefield to find the powerful elemental Morchok raging at the temple's walls.  We quickly dispatched him as we made our way into the temple interior to join up with the remaining aspect defenders.

From there, the Old Guard led two successful assaults to staging sites operated by Deathwing's Old God lackeys: Yor'sahj the Unsleeping and Warlord Zon'ozz.  Our next target will be to take on corrupt forsaken, Hagara the Stormbinder.

After our raid ended the night, we dispatched a small infiltration team with our rogues Moxii and Ahzzy to pickpocket decoder rings from Hagara.  The operation was a success!

A big thanks for all the raiders that got online early to resolve their addon issues AND make sure their gear was fashionably transmorgified by the raid start time!  It was a very fun and reinvigorating raid that reminds me yet again on the wonderful community we have cultivated in this guild.
