After we spent some time beating on
Iron Reaver in unfavorable conditions with a large raid, we finally traveled into
Heroic Hellfire Citadel itself. We hooked a right into a hallway heading north. We entered a large room with three pools and several large creatures. We surprisingly brought down the largest creature,
Kormrok, with little to no difficulty. So little difficulty, we nearly forgot to take a first kill photo. We managed to take one but the body had already despawned.
From the pits we made our way past numerous Hellfire Guardians, Fel Touched Seers, Fel Hellweavers and Assassins into the Halls of Blood. Inside the Halls of Blood, we encountered
Dia Darkwhisper,
Gurtogg Bloodboil and
Blademaster Jubei'thos... better known as the
Hellfire High Council. They didn't put up much of a fight...
These kills brought the
Old Guard to 4/13 in
Heroic Hellfire Citadel at that point....
